At Reach Translation, we aim to provide accurate, professional, and reliable translation services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.


Digital Service Nature

Translation services are digital and customised. Once work on a translation has begun, the service is considered in progress and cannot be returned or reused.

For this reason, refunds are generally not available once translation work has started.


Before Work Has Started

If you cancel your order before translation work begins, a full refund may be issued. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and confirmed by our team.


Errors and Corrections

If an error or omission is identified that is clearly the responsibility of Reach Translation, we will correct the translation free of charge.

Corrections do not entitle the client to a refund, provided the service is delivered accurately and in line with the original documents supplied.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued in cases where a document is rejected by an institution due to its own internal policies, formatting preferences, or discretionary decisions.

Refunds are also not available for delays or issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear source documents provided by the client.

Urgent or same-day service fees are non-refundable once work has started.


Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Reach Translation is unable to deliver the agreed service, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

Any refund decision will be based on the stage of work completed and the nature of the issue.
