Scope of Services

Reach Translation provides professional translation services, including certified translations delivered as signed and stamped PDFs. Services are provided digitally, and no physical documents are posted unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Translations are prepared based on the content of the documents supplied by the client. We do not verify the authenticity or legality of original documents.

Quotes and Orders

All quotes are provided based on the documents and information supplied at the time of request. Prices are fixed once a quote is accepted.

An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed via the provided secure payment method. Work on the translation begins after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at the quotation stage. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, delivery times may vary depending on document complexity, legibility, language combination, or unforeseen circumstances.

Urgent or same-day services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Certified Translations

Certified translations include a certification statement, professional stamp, and signature. These are intended for official and institutional use.

Acceptance of certified translations ultimately depends on the receiving institution. While our translations meet standard certification requirements, Reach Translation cannot guarantee acceptance by all authorities.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents are complete, accurate, and legible. Poor image quality or missing information may affect translation accuracy or delivery time.

Any specific formatting or institutional requirements must be communicated before work begins.

Revisions and Corrections

If an error or omission is identified in the translated document, Reach Translation will correct it free of charge, provided the issue relates to the translation itself.

Changes resulting from incorrect or incomplete source documents may require additional charges.

Confidentiality

All documents and personal data are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for translation purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Payhip or approved payment providers. All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed in full before delivery of the final translation.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital translation services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If work has not yet started, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Reach Translation is not liable for delays, rejections, or damages arising from the use of translated documents beyond the value of the service provided.

We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party institutions based on translated documents.
